Co-Build · Venture partnerships

Have the idea?We’ll build it.

Great ideas die waiting for funding. If you have the vision and the market but not the budget to build, partner with the lab. We engineer it, you take it to market, and we own it together.

You bring

  • The idea and the conviction
  • Deep knowledge of the problem
  • Customers, distribution or an audience
  • The drive to sell it

We bring

  • Hardware, AI, iOS and web engineering
  • Industrial, product and brand design
  • Launch: App Store, manufacturing, web
  • SEO and AI-search visibility

We share

  • Ownership, agreed up front
  • Upside — we only win if you win
  • Decisions on the product roadmap
  • The long game, release after release

We already build our own products this way. Co-Build opens the same lab — the same engineers, the same launch playbook — to founders who bring the market.

How it works

From napkin to partnership.

  1. 01

    Pitch

Tell us the idea, who buys it and how you’ll reach them. Five minutes, no deck required.

  2. 02

    Pressure-test

We dig into the market, the tech and the economics together — honestly, including if it’s not a fit.

  3. 03

    Partner

We agree roles and a partnership stake in plain language before a line of code is written.

  4. 04

    Build

The lab builds it with you — weekly demos of real, working things.

  5. 05

    Launch

You take it to market. We keep shipping, measuring and improving.

What we look for

Founders, not just ideas.

A problem you’ve lived

You know the pain firsthand — as an operator, a clinician, a tradesperson, a customer.

A path to buyers

You can get it in front of the people who’ll pay: a network, an audience, a sales channel.

Tech as the moat

Hardware, AI or software is what makes it hard to copy — that’s where we add the most.

Commitment

This is a partnership. We go all in when you do.

Questions

The honest answers.

Do I need money to start?+

Not to start the conversation. In a Co-Build we invest engineering and design in exchange for a stake, so you don’t have to raise a round just to get a product built. Some partnerships also include shared costs for things like manufacturing — we’ll be explicit about that early.

Who owns the company?+

You do, with us as a partner. Equity, revenue share or a mix is agreed in writing before we build, and it reflects what each side contributes.

Is my idea safe with you?+

We treat every pitch as confidential, and we’re happy to sign a mutual NDA before going deep on anything sensitive.

What if it isn’t a fit?+

We’ll tell you why, quickly. If it suits a paid build better, we’ll say so — and if it doesn’t suit us at all, we’ll try to point you somewhere that does.
