01 The brief
Machine vision without the machine room.
Industrial vision usually means racks, cables and integrators. Pivion asked for the opposite: a single device you can bolt anywhere that reads, recognizes and reports — and a control surface anyone on the floor can use.
02 Hardware
Designed from the enclosure in.
We engineered the enclosure, optics stack, thermal path and light-pipe status signature, along with a universal mount that drops onto drones, robot arms and production fixtures.

Models that live on the device.
OCR and recognition run on the camera itself, so live visual input becomes structured data in real time — even when the network doesn’t cooperate.
